General Terms

The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied nor used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise. If the commissioner requires commercial rights the artist will charge more depending on what's required. Please inquire for further details.You may not alter the artwork on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party without the artist's permission.You may use the commission for any personal usage (non-commercial) like profile pictures etc.You may not claim authorship of the artwork itself. The artist retains all ownership of the artwork.The artist reserves the right to use the artwork for promotional and portfolio purposes. This includes uploading the artwork online for showcasing my work.The commissioner agrees to crediting the artist when using the artwork in any sort of capacity. This is preferably be done by linking to the artist's twitter account or other socials. For example: "made by @gerritch_art"

Payment

Payments (Paypal or Stripe) must be made within 48 hours after an invoice has been received.The payment will be upfront only. Depending on the commission, payment plans can be considered.All orders are final. Refunds can only be requested if no work has begun on the project.

Process

When you request a commission, please provide references and if applicable the requested size of the art. Pictures are preferable. Also provide your discord/twitter handle to ease communication.The artist reserves the right to refuse the commission.Once the artist has accepted the request, you will be given the preferred method of payment (paypal or stripe). After payment has been received, the commissioner will be placed on a waiting list and be given an estimated time of delivery.Regular updates will be given as the artist works on the commission.
Generally the process will go as follows: Sketch phase -> Line Art -> Coloring -> Rendering -> DeliveryDuring the commission process two opportunities for revisions will be provided. This will be during the sketching stage and after that one during the coloring stage. The commissioner may request several changes during both stages depending on the complexity.Additional revisions after this process will require an extra charge.It can take anywhere from a week to two months for a commission to complete. This is highly dependent on several factors such as the complexity of the commission and the artist's personal life. If you require that the work will be done on an earlier date, a rush fee will be applied.
